Cupping, performed by Paula, is a part of traditional Chinese Medicine, it is used to ease tired, overworked muscles and support the immune system. It does NOT involve piercing of the skin, to draw blood, as per the customs of Islam.

Currently we are offering online consultations before the treatment - please also book a 10 min pre screening call within 24 hours of the treatment

A treatment that not only enhances optimal health, but minimises the signs of living with reduction in fine lines, and tightening of muscles and sagging skin. PLEASE NOTE NOT suitable if you have had botox/fillers within 9 months of appointment.

Delux Facial Acupuncture Return

1 hour 25 minutes @ £85.00

a 90 minute session that also incorporates a cleanse and tone, along with the use of a variety of tools: cupping, a tiger warmer, and a variety of massage techniques to further enhance the effect of the needles.

Hypnotherapy: Initial consultation

1 hour @ £60.00

This is an exploratory appointment where we will discuss why you want hypnotherapy and will include a basic relaxation induction, the treatments will start from the following session.

I strongly recommend booking the course of sessions (minimum 4) up front to ensure you get the treatments as and when suits you.

Book the initial consult, and then 3 return sessions - for some i also recommend acupuncture but that can be discussed at the initial session.

Clinical Hypnotherapy: return visit

An online treatment where we can discuss your health and well-being, what your goals are, and I can learn more about your condition - reason for wanting support. I will then create a document with lots of different ways you can support your own health: dietary changes, exercise changes, mindset work, acupressure and other TEAM tools to assist in creating vitality in your life.

Labour Prep acupuncture

1 hour @ £57.00

This can be used as a one off session for a breech presentation, or from week 36 to help prepare you and your body for labour. We can also work from 40 weeks onwards to help encourage natural labour induction. Please call Paula on 07964544110 if you have any questions before booking :)

Hara (abdominal Japanese) Massage

A beautiful, deeply relaxing treatment focusing on the abdomen - the core of your being. Releasing tension and adhesions to improve visceral function, including improved fertility and menstruation.

Massage and Cupping (dry) with Paula

1 hour @ £57.00

Paula gained her 1st massage qualification in 2004: she incorporates a variety of techniques to ease sore and tired muscles and alleviate pain, may also include fire Cupping if appropriate (dry cupping), which further enhances relaxation of hypertonic muscles.
